Terms of Use for Inventory QR APP

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Inventory QR APP ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Inventory QR APP is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Create and manage inventory items
• Organize items by homes, rooms, and locations
• Generate and scan QR codes for items
• Track expiry dates and receive notifications
• Sync data across devices (Premium feature)
• Export and import inventory data (Premium feature)

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

User Accounts

The App uses Apple ID for authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Personal inventory management
• Business inventory tracking (with appropriate subscription)
• Educational purposes
• Non-commercial use (free tier)

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Use anonymous, aggregated data for app improvement
• Backup your data for service continuity

Your content must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on third-party rights
• Contain harmful or malicious content
• Be used for spam or harassment

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Your inventory data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to iCloud for Premium users. We may collect anonymous crash reports and usage analytics if you opt-in, but we never collect your personal data or inventory contents. We implement appropriate security measures, but you are responsible for backing up your data.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of your data
• You are responsible for verifying your information
• We are not liable for decisions based on app data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your access to the App will cease and your data may be deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Sending you a notification
• Updating the "Last updated" date

By using Inventory QR APP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
